How To Rent Space                                                                                                In order for us to be as helpful as possible vendors should do the following:                                                                                                                                                                                                        1. Send in your Vendor Application and payment.                                                                    Applications received without payment cannot be processed.                                                    Payments received without Applications usually result in delays as we attempt to learn what the payment is for.
2. If we are sold out of vendor spaces or if we cannot accept your application for any other reason we will send you an email and issue a full refund.
3. You will never be charged if we cannot provide you with a space.
4. On the Vendor Application write exactly what you require; for example exclusivity or limited competition, or two spaces next to one another.
5. Always be clear about which Event and which Dates you are applying for​​​​​​​.   
6. You may apply for as many Events as you like with one Vendor Application.
7. If we can accommodate your requirements we will send you an email with Vendor Set Up Instructions.
8. If we cannot accommodate your requirements we will send you an email and issue a full refund.

ONLINE/CARD PROCESSING FEE
A 4% processing fee is automatically added to payments made online or with a credit or debit card via fax or email..
PAY BY BUSINESS OR PERSONAL CHECK OR MONEY ORDER TO AVOID A PROCESSING FEE

No matter what method you use to submit your application and payment you will receive a confirming email or phone call from us when your items have been received and processed.

Sales Tax Certificate page on our website.                                                                                                                                        Please ask them any questions you may have.                                                                                  Sorry, if you cannot or will not get a NYS Sales Tax Certificate we cannot legally do business with you.

HOW TO APPLY AND PAY FOR SPACE
If you cannot print the application then use a blank 81/2"x11" paper to write out all required information and sign at the bottom.
You may apply and pay for space in any of the following 4 ways:
1. Mail a single check or money order for as many Fairs as you like made payable and mailed to AlansFair, Inc. PO Box 431 Point Lookout, NY 11569.
There is no processing fee when paying by check or money order.
2. Email  alan@nassaucountycraftshows.com.
Send your signed Vendor Application along with your card #, expiration date, security code and the zip code associated with the card.
Add 4% for card processing fee.
3. Fax 516-543-5171.
Send your signed Vendor Application along with your card #, expiration date, security code and the zip code associated with the card.
Add 4% for card processing fee.
4. In person on the morning of the show for no additional fee if space is available.
We recommend that vendors pay as far in advance as possible to avoid being shut out.
Please do NOT send in an application without payment.
We cannot reserve a space for you without payment.
