CONFIRMATION OF YOUR RESERVATION
No matter what method you use to submit your application and payment you will receive a confirming email or phone call from us when your items have been received and processed.
IF WE ARE SOLD OUT OR IF WE CANNOT ACCEPT YOUR APPLICATION FOR ANY REASON YOUR PAYMENT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
WE WILL ALWAYS SEND YOU AN EMAIL OR CALL YOU TO EXPLAIN WHY WE CANNOT PROCESS YOUR APPLICATION AND OR YOUR PAYMENT.
YOU WILL NEVER BE CHARGED FOR A SHOW IF WE CANNOT PROVIDE YOU WITH A SPACE.

Not required for Service Vendors. because Service Vendors do not sell merchandise.                            New York State law requires all merchandise vendors to have a NYS Sales Tax Certificate.                   It is free and easy to get.                                                                                                                        Click here to be directed to all details and contact information on the N.Y.   **If you are attending the Rockaway Beach Boardwalk Street Fair the NYC Parks Department requires that you fill out a Worker's Exemption Form.See instructions below.

NYC Parks Department Worker's Exemption Form (Required only for Rockaway Beach Boardwalk Fairs)

The form only needs to be filled out one time and will cover you for one calendar year.

Below are the instructions for accessing and completing the form.

If you need assistance in completing the form please call the help number                   518-485-5000. Monday through Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm.                                                                               

To complete the form:

  1. Go to this link: https://www.businessexpress.ny.gov/app/answers/cms/a_id/2263/kw/CE
  2. Create an account.
  3. You will then receive an email. In the email, click the link to activate your account.
  4. Click on this link again: https://www.businessexpress.ny.gov/app/answers/cms/a_id/2263/kw/CE
  5. Login using the button in the top right corner.
  6. Then click 'Apply as a Business'. This will open up a page with the Worker's Exemption form.
  7. Fill out the form.
  8. Print out the form, sign and date it. (The form must be signed and dated for the NYC Parks Department to accept it.)
  9. Submit the signed form via email or in person.
    1. To submit the form via email, scan the signed form and email it to Alan@nassaucountycraftshows.com 
    2. To submit the form in person, deliver it to the NYC Parks Department at The Arsenal in Central Park. The address is 830 Fifth Avenue, Room 407 New York, NY 10065.

HOW TO APPLY AND PAY FOR SPACE
If you cannot print the application then use a blank 81/2"x11" paper to write out all required information and sign at the bottom.
You may apply and pay for space in any of the following four ways:
1. Mail a single check or money order for as many Fairs as you like made payable and mailed to AlansFair, Inc. PO Box 431 Point Lookout, NY 11569.
There is no processing fee when paying by check or money order.
2. Email  alan@nassaucountycraftshows.com.
Send your signed Vendor Application along with your card #, expiration date, security code and the zip code associated with the card.
Add 4% for card processing fee.
3. Fax 516-543-5171.
Send your signed Vendor Application along with your card #, expiration date, security code and the zip code associated with the card.

4. In person on the morning of the show for no additional fee if space is available.
We recommend that vendors pay as far in advance as possible to avoid being shut out.
Please do NOT send in an application without payment.
We cannot reserve a space for you without payment.
