SHOPPERS & VENDORS
Admission and ample parking are always free when you enter at Field 8.
Field 8 is at the western entrance to the park at the intersetion of Merrick Avenue and Stewart Avenue. Coming from the south use Exit M4 and follow signs to Eisenhower Park.
Coming from the north use Exit M3 and turn east onto Hempstead Turnpike.
Go one block and turn left onto Merrick Avenue.
Go approximately 1 mile and turn right at Stewart Avenue.
The vendors and parking are right there at the entrance.
Art, craft & gift vendors are set up from 10am5pm.
Limited or no food and beverage are available because of Park Department restrictions, although a full service mini-market is directly across the street.
This is strictly a  family shopping event with no music or other features.

VENDOR RENTAL RATES FOR THE EISENHOWER PARK ART CRAFT & GIFT MARKETS
Exclusively for Artists, Craft & Gift Vendors, Small local independent service copanies, Charities & Not-For Profits 
$170 total rent for the two-day show when paid in advance.
$180 total rent for the two-day show when paid on the day of the show
$90 for any one-day show or for any one day of a 2-day show when paid in advance.
$100 for any one day when paid on the day of the show
Large Multi-Office Service Vendors
$360 total rent for the two-day show
$210 for any one day
Food and Food Truck Vendors prohibited by the Parks Department because they have an exclusive agreement with a private caterer.

Attendance~With reasonably good weather 50-100 vendors and 5,000-7,0000 shoppers for each two day Event.
At this time vendor space is still available for all Eisenhower Park Shows.
Only prepackaged food vendors selling items intended for home use are permitted.
We recommend that participating Vendors bring their own food and beverage in case the food concessionaire does not set up.
There is a full service convenience store directly across the street from the Show.
VENDOR SET UP DETAILS AND DIRECTIONS:
Advertised hours 10am-5pm weather permitting
Vendor set up is Friday 5pm-6pm Saturday & Sunday 7am-10am.
Vendor spaces are 13'x10'.
All spaces allow vendors to park their vehicles directly behind their space for the entire day.
Please do not set up on your own.
Only set up as directed by Show Management.
Vendors may leave their set up overnight.
In order to be guaranteed the same location the following day, vendors must leave something in their space overnight so that management knows it is reserved.
In order to get the same space you had on Saturday for Sunday, please leave something in your space and arrive by fifteen minutes before the advertised opening time of the event.
If you have paid for only Saturday you may get the same space for Sunday simply by following the steps listed above.
Management will come by on Sunday to collect your rent for the day.
