Santa's Christmas Gift Shoppes in the Westfield Sunrise Mall

VENDOR RENTAL RATES                                                                      Table spaces are all located in the middle of the store and have no walls.     A space with three tables is approximately 11'wide x 6' deep.  Booth spaces are all located on the perimeter of the store and have at least one back and or side wall.                                                                      An average booth space is approximately 8'-10' wide x 7'-15' deep.       
Priority is given to vendors who purchase the most number of days.                        From now through November 11 only vendors who rent the #1 FULL SEASON DISCOUNT PACKAGE may choose their exact booth or table location.                     All other vendors will learn their exact location when they arrive to set up. 
Please understand that the store is double wide with two separate entrances from the Mall's Main Shopping Aisle.                                                                                       There are no 'bad' or 'better' or 'worse' locations.                                                       On those days vendors are renting space in the store everybody has the opportunity to place items into the beautiful show case that runs along the Mall's Main Shopping Aisle for no additional fee.                                                            Vendors also have the free use of our storage area if there is a gap in their rental dates.

We have been producing Christmas Shows inside regional malls in the tri-state area since 2010.
For the 2019 Christmas Season we have chosen to be in the Westfield Sunrise Mall in Massapequa New York.                                                                                                                                            There is a capacity for up to 30 Vendors to share a fully appointed state-of-the-art space in a former upscale designer clothing store plus one standard Mall Cart located outside the store entrance on the main shopping aisle.                                                                                                                         Santa's Gift Shoppes.is a bright, airy, clean, double wide location on the first floor main shopping aisle next to Champs near Macy's and Home Goods.                     
​​​​​​​​​​​​​VENDOR SET UP DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • Free use of the floor to ceiling Showcase Display Windows for all participating vendors
  • Free basic electric in most vendor spaces
  • Free use of storage units in rear of store for all participating vendors
  • Free use of dressing rooms for all participating vendors
  • Show Management on site for all store hours
  • Co-op booth management system allowing vendors to remain open during times they cannot personally run their booth (Vendors must make arrangements with other vendors) 
  • ​​​​​​​Except for the Cart Space vendors must bring their own tables and fixtures
  • Handwritten signs are prohibited
  • In addition to or instead of tables vendors may use professional new or like new racks, display cases or any other quality new or like new retail fixture
  • You may come to set up your space either the night before or the morning of your first day of selling (only during times when the Mall is not open to the public).
  • Please call Carlos our Show Manager 516-426-8394 to make arrangements.
  • Carrying or wheeling fixtures in or out of the Mall during Mall hours is prohibited.​​​​​​
  • Every table must be covered with a professional black trade show quality cover that reaches the floor on all sides. Available on site $20 each​​​​​​​
  • Chairs must be new or like new. No lawn or beach chairs
  • All vendors dress professionally. No shorts, no cut-offs, no jeans, no sneakers, no t-shirts.
  • No tents, awnings, umbrellas, etc. Fire Marshal codes
  • Full list of items to be sold included in Vendor Application
  • Mass produced items that conflict with existing Mall retailers are discouraged. We are looking for vendors offering unique or unusual handmade or handpicked items
  • All Vendor Applications must be approved by Mall Management
  • A full refund will be issued if a Vendor Application is rejected
  • Nothing may be drilled, screwed, tacked, stapled onto property
  • All signage must be professionally printed.
  • Westfield Sunrise requires all signage that identifies the names of individual businesses ro be uniform throughout the store. Therefore, If you wish to have a sign that identifies the name of your business you must request it in advance from Store Management. There will be a $10 fee for this sign. Remember, it is not required to have a sign identifying the name of your business at your location.
  • Each vendor needs to have their return policy clearly posted and visible by their register and printed or stamped on their receipts
  • No exposed extension cords or trip hazardsNo extra merchandise, boxes, plastic bins or totes should be visible
  • No candles, incense, etc. may be burned
  • No moving in/out during mall hours
  • No vinyl grommeted banners 
  • No hawking/roaming
  • No flyering in store, mall, or parking lot
  • No helium tanks or balloons
  • A small deposit is required prior to occupancy that is refundable after all items have been removed on the last day of operation before or after mall hours to insure compliance with all of the above requirements. Failure to comply with all of the requirements may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
